Public Art- Richard Huws Piazza Fountain- Beetham Plaza- Liverpool.

When taking a visit into Liverpool, if you walk up and down a few streets, past a lot of building work, round the corners and back down, you will come to Beetham Plaza and a courtyard. In this court yard you will find the Piazza Fountain also referred as 'The Bucket Fountain' and it is a very special place.

If you ever find yourself up that way (HERE is a map) have a listen in the distance before going around the corner to hear the water crashing through its various parts, hearing the wind make the whole fountain hum and the never knowing which bucket will fall next.

There has been a lot going on in recent months over the future of the fountain. You can read all about the history and its future below.
