Walks- Warblington to Langstone-Hampshire.

Being out and about after 7pm on an English summer evening is great. What’s even better is being bitten 1000 times by midges as you go about your business. I can’t say no to an old coffin walk, the chance I might see some egrets and spotting wildflowers whilst crawling through hedges.

This was only a small evening walk of about 2 miles there and back and it does form part of a larger one that you can follow HERE. I started from St Thomas à Becket Church and then finished across the road from The Ship Inn. Also if you visit Slow Ways HERE they have some walking routes for the area and you can complete them and grade them like school.

Go HERE to egret spot and HERE to read a nice piece about them. I was very impressed, but they were going to bed when I saw them.
